Tio2 Masterbatch Products
Anatase TIO2 white masterbatch
It is cheaper than Rutile TiO2 white masterbatch, but its opacity is not good as Rutile white masterbatch, it means: Maybe you need to add more Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch to increase film opacity. Otherwise, Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch is not stable, so the film which add Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch will change yellow in the future.
1. EW6015R: 60% anatase tio2.
2. EW4038R: 40% anatase tio2.
3. EW3048R: 30% anatase tio2.
4. EW2850R: 28% anatase tio2.
5. EW2058R: 20% anatase tio2.
RUTILE TIO2 white masterbatch
It is used to high quality film film like as milk packing film, coating film and so on, its opacity is better than Anatase Tio2 white masterbatch and will not change film′s color.
1. EW6018J masterbatch : 60% rutile tio2, can be used in blow film, coating film and bottle.
2. EW6018BJ masterbatch : 60% rutile tio2, it is whiter than EW6018J masterbatch, can be used in blow film, coating film and bottle.
3. EW6005J masterbatch : 60% rutile tio2, no filler, it can be used in milk packing film, food grade.
I). Shopping bag: EW6018BJ masterbatch and EW6015J masterbatchcan be used in shopping bag, our customer add is about 5%
II). Cate film: EW3048R masterbatch, EW6015R masterbatch and EW6018J masterbatch can be used to make cateing film, our customers who make Adult Diaper, sanitary tower and PET MAT, they add about 8% EW6015R masterbatch or add EW6018J masterbatch in their cating film.)
III). .liquid packing film: EW6005J masterbatch, only have 1% processing agent , so our customer add about 10% EW60015J masterbatch to make milk packing film.
Transportations and Storage:
1) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage.
2) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 30 minutes.
